Diagnosis: In this phase, we check each hydraulic component, such as the master and enslaved person cylinders, for leakage contaminants or cracks. We check hydraulic fluid levels to ensure that they are proper, and if not, remove the transmission to check the state of the clutch disc, pressure plate, and flywheel. Our focus is to identify the exact cause of clutch failure to ensure efficient resolution.

Preparation for Repair/Replacement: We carefully detach the transmission from the engine, paying close attention to safety measures. This process involves removing the driveshaft, gear linkage, and all relevant electrical connections. We stabilize the engine using professional-grade support equipment to prevent damage and ensure a secure workspace. 

Clutch Component Replacement: If replacement is needed, we fit a new clutch disc and pressure plate, following the manufacturer’s recommendations. We also replaced the pilot and release bearings to ensure that the system was safe and would not fail in the future. These components are chosen to meet the company’s high engineering standards.

Flywheel Resurfacing/Replacement: We will smoothly restore the contact surface if our inspection shows that the flywheel is worn or damaged. When resurfacing is not enough, we need to replace the flywheel to enhance the capability of the clutch system.

Reassembly of Transmission: Once all necessary parts are replaced, we reassemble the Lamborghini’s transmission, reconnecting it to the engine. We carefully align the pressure plate with a pilot tool, fasten bolts in a balanced star pattern to distribute pressure evenly, and ensure all linkages and electrical connections are secure and correctly positioned.

Hydraulic System Bleeding: Finally, we bleed the hydraulic system to release any trapped air, allowing for consistent, smooth pressure in the clutch pedal and precise engagement.
