Welcome to The Car Lab Auto Repair Center. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services, including online and on-site engagements.
1. Services
The Car Lab specializes in automotive repair and maintenance services. We aim to provide reliable and transparent services, ensuring that every customer receives professional care for their vehicle.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once we verify availability and provide you with a booking confirmation. Please ensure your contact information is accurate for seamless communication.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payments and Pricing
- Payment Terms: Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods.
- Estimates and Pricing: The cost of repairs and maintenance services is estimated based on an initial inspection. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, unforeseen issues may affect final pricing, and we will communicate any changes.
- Late Payments: Late or unpaid balances may incur additional fees, and failure to settle balances may lead to suspension of future services.
4. Vehicle Ownership and Responsibility
- Vehicle Authorization: By bringing your vehicle for service, you confirm that you are the owner or have authorization from the owner to authorize repairs.
- Vehicle Security: The Car Lab Auto Repair Center is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles. We recommend removing valuables prior to service.
5. Warranty and Liability
We offer a 2 year warranty on parts and labor, the terms of which will be specified at the time of service.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
While we take all reasonable precautions, The Car Lab Auto Repair Center, is not responsible for:
- Any incidental or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by external suppliers or unforeseen events.
Special Order Parts
For parts that require special ordering, prepayment is required. Please keep in mind:
- Special order parts cannot be refunded once ordered.
- Delivery dates for these parts may vary due to external logistics, and we will notify you once your parts arrive.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, images, and trademarks on our website are the property of The Car Lab Auto Repair Center.You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any of our materials without obtaining written permission from us.
