Clutch Component Replacement: If your clutch components require replacement, we install a new clutch disc and pressure plate following Jeep’s manufacturer guidelines for proper alignment and positioning. We also replace the pilot bearing and release bearing to prevent future issues and ensure smooth clutch operation.

Flywheel Resurfacing/Replacement: Cracks or any damage to the flywheel will result in inconsistent clutch performance. We polish the flywheel to ensure the contact surface is smooth if required. Hydraulic System Bleeding: Lastly, we remove pressure from the hydraulic system to eliminate the air bubbles likely to have been trapped as we worked through the hydraulic circuit. This step is necessary to ensure the proper pressure within the system and give a slick feel when operating the clutch pedal.
